It’s my first time at IVA Berlin
Then we welcome you invite you to just join in!
If you are an absolute novice at equipment such as poles, air ring, trapezoid or aerial silks, then we recommend you visit one of our monthly First Timer courses for only 12,00 €. Here you can try out and see if you like it. First timers take place every first Saturday of the month.
Furthermore, we regularly offer so-called Absolute Beginner Specials, in which you can learn basic techniques such as climbing etc.
If you already have air travel, you can go directly into one of our current courses. The Level Beginner, Beginner / Intermediate, Intermediate or Advanced can be determined by yourself. We advise you to stack something deep in the first time.
As you book courses, you will find the FAQ “How to book a course” here.
Who can join?
Everybody can participate! You do not have to be professionals, nor have any other sports skills to attend our courses. We are looking forward to everyone with whom we can share our passion for pole dancing, acrobatics, aerial acrobatics and stretching. Through our extra small groups, we can tailor the training individually to the individual participants and thus also every beginner will progress quickly.
How do I book onto a course?
You can find our complete offer at the timetable. In the list view (selection on the left over the plan), it is also possible to search for specific courses.
If you have decided on a course, click on “Book”. The course description appears. If necessary, consider the prerequisites that you should bring with you to have fun at this course (applies to intermediate and advanced courses). If you do not have an account, you can still choose our offers and then login / login / register.
After entering your name and email address, you will be redirected to payment. You have the choice between PayPal and direct debit depending on course and offer. After completing the payment your course is booked.
You can view your appointments and orders by clicking on a sub-menu under your name on the right above the course (click).
Please always use the same email to log in to access your credits without any restrictions. Do not create a new account, because otherwise existing orders can be lost.
In individual cases, e.g. In case of spontaneous visits, you can also pay directly at the trainer or at our desk. Keep in mind that there must be a free place in the course so you can participate.
What to do, if the class is already full?
If your desired course is already booked, you can have it set to the waiting list. Should another student cancel his / her booking, you will be automatically returned and will receive an email. This can happen up to 8 hours before the start of the course. Please note that placing on the waiting list, obliges you to pay. If no one fails, the course will be credited to you as credit.
What are cards?
You can buy points with up to 10% discount in our course, with which you can participate in 5 or 10 courses. These are either Basic or Premium cards. With Basic Credits you can participate in all basic courses, with Premium Credits at all regular courses in the timetable.
Apply with the acquired credits as early as possible into the appropriate courses to secure your place. As you book courses, you will find the FAQ “How to book a course” here.
Please note that the credits are only valid for 6 months. This means you have to use up your credit during this time, otherwise it will expire.
How can I pay?
At our “Timetable” you have the possibility to buy drop in classes or 5 to 10 times cards. With PayPal, you simply follow the payment request, where you can either pay with your PayPal credit, bank deposit or credit card. For the direct debit process, you submit your account details and accept our terms and conditions, as well as the Sepa direct debit mandate. Please pay attention to correctly entered data and a covered account, as we charge 15 € for reimbursement.
Contracts can be paid by direct debit or bank transfer. To pay by transfer, please write an email to email@example.com and tell us exactly which contract you want. We will send you a payment request, which you can pay by bank transfer.
Can I pay in cash when I get there?
Our classes are kept very small and we are keen to keep prices at its minimum, which means we are dependent on every participant paying and booking their class in advance.
If you decide to take a class last minute and there is still availability up to two hours before, you can come and pay in cash at reception or with the trainer. Be aware that if someone books a space online last minute, or the class is cancelled, you could turn up and not be able to take part.
We definitely recommend booking via our online booking system, just so you can be sure you’re booked in and you’ll be informed of any last minute changes as well.
Can I change/ cancel my booking?
Until 24 hours before a class starts, you can cancel your booking at our timetable and get your credit back.
What Pole class is best for me?
For beginners, we recommend booking our First Timer Pole Course or a one-hour course in the group in one of our Pole Dance beginners’ courses. If you already have a lot of knowledge, you could also take an advanced course. Our trainers will be happy to help you with the further course selection.
In our Pole Dance classes, you will learn simple tricks on the bar in the first hour. These are subsequently combined with the music to form choreographies.
What Aerial class is best for me?
If you are an absolute novice and have never made aerial sports like Aerial Silks, Trapezes or Aerial Hoop, it is best to visit our First Timer for only 12 €. First timer for all devices takes place every first Saturday of the month.
For Aerial Silks, there are so-called Absolute Beginner Specials. There you will learn to climb climbing, first figures and decay.
If you already have air travel, you can go directly into one of our current courses. The Level Beginner, Beginner / Intermediate, Intermediate or Advanced can be determined by yourself.
What should I wear?
For Pole Dance:
You’ll need to be able to grip your legs and arms on the pole, which is why we recommend you to wear shorts and a tight-fitting sleeveless T-shirt you’ll feel comfortable in. Feel free to bring some long leggings over the top for the warm up.
For Aerial Classes:
We recommend you to wear long leggings and a tight-fitting long-sleeved shirt. It’s important that your skin is covered, so you won’t burn it with the silks. You also don’t want to wear something that will cover your face when you go upside down.
For our Stretching Classes:
Wear something stretchy that’ll keep your back and legs warm.
How Contracts work
Our contracts have a minimum term of 6 months and are extended by one month, if not four weeks before. Depending on the contract you have the possibility to participate in 1 – 3 courses per week. The week counts from Monday to Sunday. If you do not book a course during this period, your credit expires. With a basic contract you can participate in all our basic courses, with the premium contracts at all regular courses, also Basic. You also have the possibility to cancel up to 24 hours before the contract and book another course in the same week instead. Since our courses are kept very small, please make sure that you have enough space in your desired course before you sign a contract.
A contract can start at any time and the monthly contribution is always due immediately.
You have the option to pause your contract for 2 – 4 weeks once in the quarter. Please write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days in advance. The contract will be extended by this time.
In the case of certified diseases of at least 14 days, we also recommend replacement courses, provided the medical report is issued by the doctor within 2 days.
