In our stretching courses Improve your Splits / Spagattraining you learn how to get warmed up and by biodynamic exercises to gradually expand your range of movement. The focus of these courses is to improve overall mobility of the entire body.
Stretching improves the entire movement apparatus by active and passive stretching exercises. Muscles and tendons are loosened, the blood circulation is stimulated and the body becomes more mobile. This not only increases overall well-being, but also helps to reduce the risk of injury.
You always wanted to be able to relax, a chest or handstand overlap? Here you have the opportunity! Nobody is too old or unsporting to start with! The Kontorsionstraining is addressed not only to artists, dancers, but also to pole acrobats, air artists and anyone who would like to further increase his flexibility. You learn correct backwards, overspread and deepen the mobility of the entire body, from neck, over shoulder, upper back, spine, hips and legs with active and passive stretching exercises. In addition, we gradually learn how to combine this mobility with forearm and arm wrestling.
If you do not have any experience with stretching, we recommend our stretching course, where you will learn warm-up techniques and the basics.
Our trainers are themselves professional contestants and, with their accumulated experience, develop a training tailored to you, which helps to achieve certain goals and to learn new tricks.
