In the IVA Berlin, you can get to know Pole Dance as a new form of fitness training, which trains all areas of the body and, by the way, strengthens self-confidence. Our focus in pole dancing or pole acrobatics lies on learning tricks and combining the elements into an aesthetic combination of dance and acrobatics.
With a lot of fun, strength, coordination and mobility are trained, the body is improved and self-confidence gained. Thanks to our professional trainers, you will be able to progress quickly as a beginner and master the first acrobatic tricks on the vertical pole or work out choreographies with a good dose of sensuality.
In our various Pole Dance classes you will surely find your sporty or also dancers’ style of pole sports.
With us, a maximum of 6 people train on their own extra high, professional X-Pole 90 to 120 minutes. A specially sprung dance floor protects the joints and additional equipment like a wall bar makes the training more diverse.
