At the IVA Berlin you will get to know Pole Dance as a new form of fitness training that trains all areas of the body and strengthens your self-confidence. Our focus in Pole Dance and Pole Acrobatics is on learning tricks and combining the elements into an aesthetic combination of dance and acrobatics.
With a lot of fun, strength, coordination and flexibility are trained, body posture improved and self-confidence gained. Thanks to our professional trainers and the very small groups, the students will be individually addressed and you will be able to progress very fast as a beginner and master the first acrobatic tricks on the vertical pole or create choreographies with a good dose of sensuality.
We train a maximum of 6 people at their own extra high, professional X-Pole for 90 minutes. A specially sprung dance floor protects the joints and additional equipment such as wall bars make the training more varied.
